Today i thought i would list some foods that are great for your health and skin!
Who knew eating some foods would make you Glow...
Watermelon, cantaloup, and mangoes are high in water and very hydrating for your skin. These tasty melons are high in carotenoids and are said to protect your skin from painful sunburns. Hear that moms? Pool/sprinkler day in the summer? Bust out some yummy watermelon popsicles for the kids.
Nuts and Seeds.
Going on a long trip? Forget the chips! Almonds, walnuts and toasted pumpkin seeds are a perfect "glow-tastic" snack. They contain anti-inflammatory and immunity-enhancing nutrients, including vitamin E, which are said to help reduce skin flare-ups. So pack these tasty treats up and snack away :)

Dark chocolate contains high levels of cocoa flavanols which are said to help skin look softer and more hydrated. Plus, who doesn't like a little chocolate here and there. I'm not talking mounds of chocolate either! A square a day will keep the rough skin away!
Spice up a snack with some color :)
Blueberries are anti-aging miracles! They are loaded with antioxidants to fight free radical damage, which ages your skin and the rest of you. Put them in your pancakes!
Hear that Catholic fasters? Eat fish more than just Fridays! Salmon, tuna, cod, and sardines are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which help moisturize and promote healthy skin. Also it gives you shiny hair ;)
Yummy! Who doesn't like yogurt? Yogurt helps kill bad bacteria which will reduce acne! Hear that, skip the pudding, pack yogurt for lunch. (add some yummy granola and strawberries too).
Your average cherry doesn’t supply a lot of vitamin C, but that’s not true for Acerolas. One of these cherries supplies 100% of your daily allowance for vitamin C, which is GREAT news for your skin!!
